In the back yard on 5th street is a grove of invasive species of Asian Honeysuckle and White mulberry. All plants are several feet tall. I contacted the property management company several months ago and they have not responded. This property is owned by an out of town company.

Tonight I watched a man in a wheelchair try to get through the intersection of fourth and walnut, but the paths going into the street have not been cleared. Is this city property?
