The house at 516 has left out trash and trash cans for two days. I reported under trash, but realized that might not be the correct place, so I am making another report here.

Residents are storing trash and recycling collection containers on public sidewalk on a permanent basis, and have been doing so for a while. At times containers are moved over to side, at times they are left in middle of sidewalk--but never do they leave the sidewalk. This is an accessibility issue: wheelchairs and strollers are unable to get by and must go into street. Private collection containers should not be stored on public property.

Sidewalk on High Street, just south of Woodstock, not cleared and hazardous. Was very bad walking children to Rogers this morning, still bad at pick up this afternoon. This is hard in the elderly and not safe. Thank you.
