The individual failed to maintain her yard last year and it got cut one time all summer. It has not been cut this year and is already high thigh/waist high. Making it hard to walk the sidewalk as it’s intended.
2 hedgehogs have crawled out of this yard into neighboring properties, neighbors very upset; yard has excessive growth, particularly in the back yard; visible from street
See case #188409. It has been a week since that report, though the garbage has been there longer. How long do they have before another citation and another fine? Garbage piled up on south side of the house along the alley. They have not all moved out for the summer - lights on at night - so there is someone around who could be setting out the trash.
yard overgrown
Excessive grass growth causing wildlife issues such as overpopulation of rabbits, the ongoing issue of excess deer, and also several parasites such as ticks are living here near the atlas apartment land. I am not sure who owns the land, however they have placed 4 modular homes at the end of the pictured street, and have decided to only mow around the homes specifically, leaving the surrounding land to neglect, affecting the residents of the atlas as well as others. This isn’t an eye sore issue, it is becoming a public safety hazard.
There is an electrical pole that is about to fall over, and it needs to be fixed so it doesn't fall onto the property
This is about two things. There are bush honeysuckles growing out that are about half-blocking the sidewalk. Just a matter of time before it's completely impossible to pass by. Also, trash bins and mattress are lying by the street in the grassy area, which is also blocking someone who wants/needs to walk that way.
trash along upper end of North Washington, up to and including 19th Street
Grass is knee-high, degraded sidewalk is treacherous, nasty couch sitting on porch and trash bins laying around out front. The place is an eyesore.
