shrubbery, weeds, grass three (3) feet into the right of way, needs to be trimmed back, properties on north side (some on south) not taking care of it, referrred to HAND by Street Dept.
Trash all over drive way. Been about 2 weeks like this. And now furniture broken all over driveway and spray paint.
Neighbors have not mown their grass once this year, so consequently the grass is now 2.5 feet tall.
Approx. 8 bags of trash behind the house.
