Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.

At the corner of 801 S Eastside & 1st Street there have been repeated times where trash cans are left close to the road 3-4 days after trash pick-up.
There is a mound of black plastic bags full of trash on the SE corner of this property, on the 11th Street side.
