dumpy, trash all over, needs to be ticketed
There are bushes and "junk" trees obstructing the line of sight at the intersection. Hawthorne Drive stops for Maxwell. If you are going South on Hawthorne and look to the right, it is difficult to see if someone is coming due to the bushes and trees.
Grass has not been cut. This is the dead end of sixth just past Ritter.
House vacant for one week. Large pile of junk. Caller saw a rat crawling on top of the pile.

The problem is at the corner of Smith Road and Brownridge. Drivers have to pull out onto Smith Road to see traffic coming from the South due to the shrubs/weeds on this corner being overgrown.
The shrubs/weeds are at the corner of Fenbrook Lane and Smith Road. Traffic traveling East on Fenbrook trying to turn onto Smith Road have a difficult time seeing both North and South due to the weeds/shrubs on these corners.
Trash shoulder-high behind house. Evidence of rat activity. Tall weeds in back.
