David said if you go down the alley between Fess and Henderson you can see everything. David wants to be called if HAND can not do anything and he will try to do something else.

Couch left in front of 817 N. Washington St., plus piles of garbage already ripped open by raccoons alongside house. These items have been here for a couple of weeks and it appears that the tenants have moved out for the summer. I have photos of both but it appears it will only let me upload one, so I chose garbage. Couch is clearly visible to the street.

Their lawn is very overgrown. The city should probably just plan on making regular checkups in this neighborhood because they and a few others around here let their lawns go all summer long.
