Couch left in front of 817 N. Washington St., plus piles of garbage already ripped open by raccoons alongside house. These items have been here for a couple of weeks and it appears that the tenants have moved out for the summer. I have photos of both but it appears it will only let me upload one, so I chose garbage. Couch is clearly visible to the street.

Their lawn is very overgrown. The city should probably just plan on making regular checkups in this neighborhood because they and a few others around here let their lawns go all summer long.
