Many invasive plants (mimosa, tree-of-heaven, burdock, etc.) growing on the south and west side of this house. Property is habitually unkempt, but the general lax enforcement for Parker Rental properties has resulted in this location becoming truly a serious eyesore.

Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
