At the corner of Driscoll and Henderson on the NW Corner there is a bush blocking the view. The traffis on Driscoll cannot see the traffic coming down Henderson to the left. This appears to be private property in GIS.

The citizen called to say there is trash in the backyard which has been there for several days. There are flies all over the place and the smell is pretty bad in this heat.
Vacant lot has not been mowed. Just north of Bloomington Paint.
