Re: #165767 metal trash cans and car tire are not on his private property, according to Street Department. Also, the City never gave up right of way to alley before Habitat Street was paved, but property owner converted area to private use. He did the same thing with the Indiana RR right-of-way, but the RR cleared all of his junk out. City code prohibits open containers and trash being scattered. City code prohibits cans left on City Streets.

A discarded tire is on City property at the east end of Habitat. An old rug and some plastic bags were tossed into my yard from his side. The loose trash along Habitat is still there.
