As of Monday morning at 8:30 am, no attempt has been made to clear snow from the sidewalks at and around the Indiana Railroad bridge over 11th street. In particular, there is a large snowbank blocking the southwest corner of 11th and Fairview (south of the bridge). This is not the only uncleared sidewalk in this area. However, I respectfully request that this location be made a priority for enforcement because (a) this is a well used pedestrian route, (b) this is a known dangerous intersection, (c) the property owner (Indiana Railroad) has a history of being slow to respond.

704 W. 4th St. The sidewalk is front of this house is ridiculous. They never shoveled or salted, and it's been almost 2 weeks since it snowed. Someone is going to get hurt. They shoveled up to their front door, and I know someone is home.

Sidewalks have not been cleared. It's not so much a issue for me but I have a neighbor who is in a wheelchair and another neighbor who use a walker. The new management here is doing an inadequate job.

Garbage and recycling bins are in the street from Monday.

The alley behind the auto dealership has misplaced trash and someone's recycle bin next to the garage there. This is the alley that goes north south between Washington and Walnut.
