The home at 700 S. Highland (Southwest corner of E. University and S. Highland) has extensive overgrowth of weeds and tree branches into the sidewalk on S. Highland. The sidewalk has become impassable in some spots and damaged in others. Probably worth a visit by the city, and a citation.

From previous complaint: Other: Several suitcases, debris, empty alcohol bottles and trash between personal residential property and city sidewalk I in fact DID give a location. I specifically said the intersection of Clarizz BLVD and East Buick Cadillac BLVD. in the "service request location" portion of the form. Case number for this incident is: 180246 Thanks I will leave the location again in the service request location for a second time. I will be more specific and say IU health? Good Grief. Huge overflowing dumpster filled with mattresses, stuffed animals, furniture, and other debris close to our apartment complex buildings. It is taking up several parking spots and suspicious people come dumpster diving in it at all hours. It has been there for a long time and is getting concerning with so many mattresses that could draw pests and mold.
