There is a home under construction on this corner, the outside is mostly finished. I sit on the other corner to the south, 1602 S. Renwick Blvd. Then next to me is another house that is mostly finished on the outside. All of us are on the west side of Renwick Blvd. The yards on these unfinished houses are out of control with very tall weeds. They very much need to be cleared or mowed, or weed whacked or something. Dead Trees.Complaintant is worried that dead trees on an adjacent property will fall onto his home. Trees from recent storms have fallen on neighbor's house.

Starting just west of the entrance to Renwick subdivision going to the west the trees and shrubs are so overgrown that people cannot use the sidewalk. This goes all the way west to the park.
Yard not taken care of, Weeds overgrown.
Behind this location is a wooded area with lots of trash and scattered litter.
