trash piled up, animals gathering here
The resident at 612 N. Park Avenue has been throwing his trash bags off of his back deck into the yard. There are approximately 8 bags of trash there at this time.
Larry Williams called into Elizabeth Walter at the Mayor's office to complain about the property at 612 N. Monroe being over run with cats (around 10) and trash. He owns four neighboring properties: 623, 631, 635, 639 N. Monroe. He filed a uReport about this himself over a month ago and said there hasn't been any progress on the matter. I filed this for Animal Control but HAND and Public Works may be interested as well since there is an abundance of trash as well.

Trash bins in street - habitual problem
New residents are not being informed about what can be put in recycling containers. The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done. This address has had recycling containers sitting by the street for awhile now.
Trash behind the house.
Yard overgrown; trash overflowing; junk car in back yard; alley brush overgrown; very unkept property.
