trash needs picked up from winslow and south walnut intersect6ion, and going east on winslow on the north side of road. ihave been keeping that clean for a long time, along with many other locations in town. i cant do this by myself . also areas on country club need some help. ill do the best i can to help but the city and other voulenteer crews are going to have to help. i care about the way our city looks. i get up many mornings at 3:30 an 4:00 and go out and pick up areas before traffic gets started. please understand im not saying that others have not helped. but im doing alot, which was my own decision. this is important for our town, thanks for your time.

New grass and tress were planted all along the new bike path last year (along E Rogers Rd behind Winding Brook Ct). There has been no maintenance of this areas since last year and now the grass and greenspace is completely overgrown with weeds. Excellent work in repairing the bike path and walkway, but ongoing maintenance plan for the green space adjacent to the path is needed.

I am co-president of Matlock Heights Neighborhood Association. We are an historic district and our outstanding designated Sullivan home built in 1850 was recently purchased 4/7/21 by LLC Palm Springs, FL. The grass is now 7-14” high and branch was down in road but we moved to the yard. Presently no one is living there to discuss the situation. Mrs Sullivan lived there 50 yrs and property was always well cared for. We are very concerned that no one is taking care of this historic home & property. We ask your assistance!! Bart Villa Apartment-Yesterday I delivered to this building unit 8. The smell of urine on the carpeted steps was so strong that I got sick. It is unsanitary for residents and delivery people. No one deserves to live like this
