At the intersection of Clark and 8th Street, there is a house that the owner has completely filled with old newspapers. Now that the house has no more space he is starting to put newspapers into the front yard. The owner has also put gas containers in front of the building. I am concerned that this is a big fire hazard.
Caller Danielle called on Monday but this did not get attention. This is on the path to Jackson Creek middle school.
Trash is strewn all over the yard next to the street.

Same guy reported last year & City came and cut yard. Won't mow yard. 18" plus and rising. Neighbors speak to him but has some political reason for not mowing.
The sidewalks have not been cleared. (street is located in The Stands)
