The sidewalk in front of the LXA fraternity on the corner of Third & Highland has not been cleared. It is obvious that no attempt has been made. It is almost impossible to walk on and very dangerous. There is no excuse for a place occupied by lots of young strong people who could certainly clear the sidewalk and who could certainly afford to pay someone to do it. If they don't get a ticket it's a badge of shame on the city administration. Please give me confirmation that they got a ticket. I will follow up if I don't get confirmation. Baus1210@gmail.com

Sidewalks have not been cleared. It's not so much a issue for me but I have a neighbor who is in a wheelchair and another neighbor who use a walker. The new management here is doing an inadequate job.

This is an unsightly and rodent haven, mess. How long are they going to be allowed to keep their yard like this?!

Theres is excessive growth of bushes and branches all over this lot. In the summer, there is poison ivy and the overgrowth blocks the sidewalk. There is also a dead tree leaning towards the neighbouring house. This is a concern because a tree next to this one fell during the December storm. The lot address does not have a number: it is on W Cottage Grove Av between 1208 and 1212.

Caller states that there is dog feces all through the complex and behind her apartment. She notified management and they will not do anything about the issue

The stone chimney is damaged and stones continue to fall from this home off their roof onto my property. The owner needs to do something with this chimney to make it safe.
