Kmart islands need cut down.
Kmart islands need cut down.
The lot just west of the B Line parking lot on W Country Club Dr lets the grass grow without ever mowing it. It's not developed so I can understand why they don't want to mow it, but it is a very busy street and is extremely difficult to see vehicles approaching from the west when exiting if the grass has grown long, as it currently is. Can they be required to follow the grass length restrictions please.
I have noticed that the area around the intersection of W First and Walnut is becoming more and more littered with trash and pieces of clothing. I wonder if Shalom Center could send out some of its clients with a big bag and gloves to pick up trash every morning. It would be a great improvement.
3901 e Morningside grass overgrown. Corner of Morningside and Smith. Perpetual offender a few times each year.
402 Mitchell. Day after trash pick up: bag of trash in yard. Trash can still at the curb.
4110 E Morningside Drive. Overgrown grass.
Please hold the owners of the commercial building for sale on the b-line by the pickle ball courts accountable for their property. There is trash and overgrowth everywhere! This is a huge eyesore for a otherwise nice area that tax payers spent a lot of money on and to maintain!
Property isn't being maintained. Please note - it is not the homeowner's responsibility to maintain the common property - it is the responsibility of the Winslow Farm Community Association. All areas around the ponds are overgrown and represent a hazard. The area next to 612 E Winslow Farm Dr. is overgrown (picture above) as well.
Trash cans have been left on the street for 10 days. They are located on Headley Road where Wolf Lane joins. One trash can has the number 0917013459. The can is left on the street and whomever owns it just brings the trash to it.
Please enforce your snow removal ordinance in the downtown area. It was treacherous today in an area that is supposed to be pedestrian-friendly. Thanks.
