Maintenance man entered my apartment for non-emergancy matter without 24 hour written notice. And that is illegal. I'd like to know how I file a complaint in this matter.

The sidewalk has not been cleared of snow - thus my son had to wait for the City bus in the street. There are at least 5-10 kids that get on the bus at this stop every morning.
There are quite a few houses that have not cut the grass near the sidewalk and street all along South High St between Wimbleton and Childs Elementary (not just the location cited above). A lot of high grass is actually ragweed, and many people are allergic to this. It would be better for all if the grass and overgrowth were cut.
A Dog Waste Station has tipped over onto a bicycle sidepath west of the Winslow Plaza parking lot.
Apartment complex has not shoveled snow in weeks along Henderson.
