It appears that here is an obvious over occupancy at the above address. I counted no less 9 cars there on 6-23-24, and there is consistently at least 6 different cars there lined up and down the road, and several adults their on a consistent basis. This is obviously against code and not safe for visibility along that part of the road. I will gladly get photos if needed.
The property has not had the grass mowed all summer and will now need to be bush hogged and has a huge area of debris and wood in the front.
Can you please reach out to Hunter Properties and ask them to fix the potholes not fixable by the city? Thank you!!

Heritage apartments 1610 Hillside Dr has a full pool of stagnant water. It has been this way for one month.
Yard is overgrown with grass and weeds and has not been mown in months. House appears to be abandoned.
