This home has had a wrecked burned up car parked in the yard for several weeks . A fixer upper RV with tools for repairs for weeks, fenders, bumpers, vehicle paint jobs, and multiple vehicles parked frequently. Also tools everywhere. This property in Hyde Park is poorly maintained. Zillow estimates its value at over $1.2M The weeds in the lawn exceed the 8" height limit and there are some weeds in excess of 3'. The vacant lot next to it at the corner of Olcott Blvd and Taylor Court also is overgrown, is an eyesore and devalues the neighborhood.
