Nearly every night there is 10 vehicles parked at this residence. More then half are adults. This is a 4 bedroom house. I believe there are more residents living here than allowed.
Illegal dumping happens often in the easement between the properties on South Westwood Drive and Village Court. The Village Court tenants or property owner nearly constantly use this area as their personal dumping ground. This mess is currently behind the property line of 420 and 430 S. Westwood Drive. Gold casters at 2nd and Washington hasn't cleared their sidewalk
Goldcasters on South Washington and 2nd street has managed to clear their parking lot, but hasn't been able to take care of the sidewalk.

Hello - I tried to submit this earlier, so apologies if this is a duplicate submission. Snow from the parking lot of Goldcaster's has been plowed into the sidewalk at the corner of 2nd St and Washington. It makes this intersection impassable by a pedestrian - forcing them to walk into the street. Additionally, the sidewalk on their property running along Second Street has had no snow removal... again making it a challenge for pedestrians to safely travel. I have already contacted Goldcaster's about this via their online contact form. But this is really atrocious for this high-traffic area so am bringing to your attention also.
