That said, they left behind several trash cans full of garbage that have since been rifled through by opossums and other vermin. There's garbage scattered all along their driveway in front of their garage. I've written a few times about their overgrown yard and utility easement.

Trash

3321 N Valleyview DR

Case Date:
9/6/2011

Bags and cans must have a sticker attached. Can must have a lid on it. This is the third time this resident has been written up since June. The trash crew states that they frequently do not sticker their trash and that there is always trash all over the yard due to a lid not being on the can.

From: Dorothy Granger <dorothy@shalomcommunitycenter.org> Date: Wed, May 10, 2017 at 10:37 AM Subject: house on Valleyview To: simsd@bloomington.in.gov I must not have seen you on Friday because I forgot to email you the address about which neighbors have concerns. It is 3321 N Valleyview Dr in Fritz Terrace. I drove by yesterday and it looks like the trash that had been strewn on the front driveway has been moved to the north side of the house and covered with tarp. Maybe someone is working on it : ) but I would like to know what is going on there. thx Doris!! d. Unsafe Buildings

3401 E John Hinkle PL

Case Date:
8/1/2017

The leasing office and pool building of Woodbridge Apartments has restrooms you can get trapped in. There are two restrooms, one mens and one womens, that connect to the exterior (on the pool side) and the interior (on the leasing office side). During normal business hours you can easily enter and exit the restrooms without a key from the interior, leasing office, side. You can also enter the restroom without a key from the pool side, but in order to return to the pool you must use a key that tenants have been given. This creates an environment you can get trapped in. Once the office is closed, it is impossible to leave the restroom through the door that is normally unlocked during the day. If you accidentally enter from the pool side without having a key, once the door closes you'll be trapped until someone finds you. Surely this is unsafe and not up to code. I'm reporting this anonymously as I am a tenant and do not want to cause trouble with the landlord. Thanks for your time.
