trash is getting out of control, non compliance to City Sanitation guidelines for trash removal. Have called two weeks in a row stating that stickers are there, trash is not too heavy...stickers are not there and treash is overweight.
Lawn needs mowed. Grass very tall. This is a Pendragon rental.
Grass too tall, only mowed once when a neighbor did it for her. She says she won't mow because Jeff Jones is not renewing her lease.
