This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
Renters moved out and left trash in driveway, front yard, etc. Looks awful now for near two weeks.

This house is abandoned and not secured for several years now. There is no back door and windows are broken out. Graffiti has been spray painted inside the house. No one is maintaining the building even though someone is paying for lawn service now. It has been frequented by teenagers and homeless people. There are probably animals living inside, since there is nothing preventing them from going in.
People living at this address have mounds of trash in the sidewalk and almost going into the road. It’s been there for a few days. It’s disgusting and we do not want rats to be attracted to our neighborhood.
