I visit this area a few times a week and the yard as of late is looking less than appealling. I know 8" is the height limit and i am not sure it's that high but, the yard needs to be addressed. The owner of this location had a tree cut down 6 months ago. There are muliple piles of branches that extend up to 3 feet into Bankers Drive. This creates a hazard for all who traverse this street.
