There is a new 10 unit apartment building at the corner of Smith Avenue & S. Washington Street. They have an enclosure for their dumpster that faces Smith Ave. The enclosure is full of trash that they can not get the dumpster all the way in. The dumpster is half on the sidewalk with a lot of trash. The students from the Project School have to walk in to the street to get around the mess.

Excessive overgrowth of weeds and grass. Some weeds two stories high. Weeds grown up densely near doors and porch. This has providdd habitat for snakes in residential neighborhood. Children in household. Litter strewn everywhere.

Inordinate amount of brush, weeds and grass has led to rat snakes and garter snakes in a residential neighborhood unaccustomed to this. The homeowner has been notified and consistently disregards complaints and concerns of neighbors.
