The back yard belonging to 516/518 First St. apartments is a dumping ground for old mattresses, furniture, etc. and I worry it's a fire hazard and breeding ground for pests.

Overgrown brush and weeds that have grown into trees , some are on my property and roof. The yard is a jungle.

Grass too long. City says they will "monitor", but they do not say what it means to "monitor". The yard looks terrible and every summer it gets this way, The property owner needs to be told to maintain the appearance of the property.
