Trash is a problem at the address and they moved it to the basement and animals got into it. The tenants at this address leave thier basement door open and the trash can be seen from outside. The also do not mow thier lawn.
Neighbors at 3901 Hagan said 2nd property from corner of Smith & Hagan does not mow tree plot. Grass is 3 feet tall.

Citizen left voice mail and stated that her neighbor at the above address has not mowed their lawn.
