A few weeks ago someone spraypainted the side of this house. It appears that the vinyl siding was replaced with siding from the back of the house. Because now the back of the house is exposed. Besides this, the house has mold growing all along the side of the house. Horrible shape.
Dilapidated wooden fence in backyard with nails and boards sticking out. Fence is rotted, missing many boards, and about to fall over. Dangerous and major eye sore.
Received a call in to the HAND office reporting trash and mattress out in front of the above trailer.
Neighbor is complaining of cans at the curb.

1807 E Second. Overflowing trash can, bags with trash next to trashcan. Signs that small critters have already been rummaging through it.Plus unkempt lawn, but that is being worked on by another department.
