There are bags of trash sitting at the curb since Tuesday. Also recycling bins that have been sitting at the curb for two weeks.

Resident was written up for the fifth time this morning for trash can being overweight. 956, the trash crew for this residence, estimated that the can weighed over 100 pounds. They have previously picked up trash at residence, even when overweight and just left a notice. Today the crew left a notice and did not pick up the trash either.
