the co-op at the intersection of Kirkwood and Madison streets has construction waste such as insulation, toilets, window screens, ductwork sitting out for weeks now. This is a hazard and an eyesore. Isnt someone at the residence or the construction crew responsible for clean up? Are the co-op members somehow exempt from the usual trash cleanup every other homeowner is expected to compy with?

There is trash to the left of the garage and in front of the home.

County Health dept. called: dumpster (in back) overflowing, trash spilling all over lot, strip mall includes Starbucks, Buccetto's, etc.
There is trash in the back yard that caller said was accessible from a public road.
Caller said this property has not taken in their trash and recycling in a week.
Very moldy smell and very humid. Roof leaking in many places - behind the soda machine, behind curtain. If this keeps going the roof might collapse. Please look into this. Scheduled complaint inspection for 1-30-13 @ 11:00 w/jh
