Excessive growth and yard waste violations as defined by the following City codes: "Weed" means any plant or vegetation classified as a detrimental plant, invasive plant or noxious weed by either the state under authority of IC 15, entitled Agriculture and Animals, or the United States government in accordance with 7 USC 7701.
