Weeds still overgrown, property appears abandoned.
Weeds still overgrown, property appears abandoned.
you can see the trash from the north side of house
overgrown weeds and grass.
They mow the front, but there is trash and dead trees in the yard and garden hoses lying on top of the house that I am told have been there for over five years. The entirety of the side of the home facing us is covered with vines, including the windows and the vines are beginning to grow onto the roof. We have an amazing quantity of skunks here, which may be because they raise bees, and I have heard they are building chicken coops.
Trees and shrubs around property need to be trimmed, obscuring line of sight, covering "STOP" sign, spilling over into sidewalk
trash, cardboard, especially on the side of the house
This is residents third write up since 9/5/2011 for not having stickers on bags/cans.
This is the third time that resident has been written up for failure to comply with trash ordinances since 8-11-11. Resident has also spoken with the Sanitation Director on one occasion. During that conversation, Shelby advised the resident that we would not be able to pick up trash if it was in a container over 35 gallons (their can is 50 gallons), overweight, and not stickered.
This is the third trash violation that resident has received since 8-22-2011. Today resident failed to have stickers attached to bags/cans.
