Shamrock Pointe apartments, extremely high weeds, along the sidewalk and road at the entrance to the apartments in contrast to the other side of the street, which is well kept.
Extremely high weeds where the Railroad property meets Smith Road on both sides of the underpass and both sides of the street, I would assume this is railroad responsibility.
Neighbors used recycle cans as trash cans and it was not picked up. Trash has overflown onto sidewalk and resident parking lot.

A pile of boxes and trash were dumped on the sidewalk in front of the house yesterday morning.
Very overgrown front yard. Backyard never has been cut. Also dog inside home now barking excessively through an open window with AC unit in it.
Overgrown back yard. Multiple tree of heaven trees are growing, winter creeper is out of control, various vines growing on deck. This is a rental property.
