Large brush pile behind house. Many neighbors are adding to the pile.
Grass is about 18 inches high.
Empty lot overgrown. New owner Heritage Rentals, 205 N College, Ste 315 - per Mike.
Brush pile needs to be removed.
South corner of the property has a railroad single and there is a big thicket of bushes at that single that obsecures it. Needs to be cut back or down. Right now you can partially see because there are no leaves, but it will be problematic in the spring.
Dead trees along the alley. Also an ailanthus tree along alley that has grown 15 feet since the spring, spreads like a weed and kills good trees -- it is growing into the alley. The ailanthus needs to be cut and poisoned to prevent it from spreading. She tried to contact owner, but no answer.
Brush in backyard. Not a registered rental, but many different cars parked there. Dog feces in front yard -- stench is terrible.
weeds possibly in violation
Tree overgrown over the sidewalk and the front steps. The tenants are climbing the retaining wall to get into the house.
I don't know if this should go under Title VI because it is tree limbs. The resident stated that the limbs came down in the storm a couple of weeks ago and are just laying in the yard. They are pretty big in size and are very unsightly.
