This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.

Trees and overgrowth high, can not safely pull out into traffic

The grass at 3522 E. Morningside Drive in Park Ridge is really long. I don’t believe anyone is living there and the owner needs to maintain the lawn and cut the grass. Can you please let the homeowner know. Thank you.

Overgrown growth and tall weeds on front, side, and back lawn. Overgrown weeds along sidewalk. Difficult to see through, makes neighborhood look dilapidated.
