Person in the neighborhood at 740 South Westwood Drive keeps throwing trash in his yard spreading germs.

My recycling was picked up yesterday, but my trash was not. Both were sitting in the driveway as usual. I can wait to set it out again until next week, but I thought I would report the issue and ask that they be sure to take the trash as well next week.
