Consistent neglect of lawn. Weed overgrowth taller than doors and windows. Litter and junk in lawn and driveway. Weeds growing up house over two stories in height. Inordinate amount of brush, weeds and grass has led to rat snakes and garter snakes in a residential neighborhood unaccustomed to this. The homeowner has been notified and consistently disregards complaints and concerns of neighbors.

Grass too tall, only mowed once when a neighbor did it for her. She says she won't mow because Jeff Jones is not renewing her lease.
