The back yard of 1005 w 11 th St face w Cottage Grove and it's over grown and is starting to take over the sidewalk also weeds are growing along the curb. This area needs to be cleaned up soon because there is only one sidewalk.

I reported Tall Grass/Weeds at 3521 & 3523 S. Burks Ct. 47401, about July 10, 2025. Case# 204132. When I checked on the case, (because mowing has not been done), it says the case is closed as of 7/18/2025. That was 4 days ago. How long do you give the tenants/owners to resolve this issue? This house is abandoned and not secured for several years now. There is no back door and windows are broken out. Graffiti has been spray painted inside the house. No one is maintaining the building even though someone is paying for lawn service now. It has been frequented by teenagers and homeless people. There are probably animals living inside, since there is nothing preventing them from going in.
