In the back yard on 5th street is a grove of invasive species of Asian Honeysuckle and White mulberry. All plants are several feet tall. I contacted the property management company several months ago and they have not responded. This property is owned by an out of town company.

After making a purchase (at 11:41:55am 1/10/25 according to the receipt) at World Foods Market I left and continued on foot to Kroger. Before reaching the corner with Walnut street I slipped and fell on the the sidewalk north of World Food Market's west parking lot, next to where they park their van. Some of their sidewalk is very well cleared, but the part north of the west parking lot is inadequately treated (and the sidewalk to the west of the west parking lot, as well).

Tonight I watched a man in a wheelchair try to get through the intersection of fourth and walnut, but the paths going into the street have not been cleared. Is this city property?
In 4th Street Garage, first stair up from 2nd floor (NW corner) is dangerously weakened. Photo shows underside with supporting metal structure fully cracked along middle of one edge.
