Trash strewn about west side of house - animals digging around in it. Also, back of property (in overgrown area) has much trash in it, including old television, etc. Looks like a city dump.

Trash went uncollected for upward of a week and a half; management refused to deal with the issue or send emails informing us of alternative trash removal. They instead put cones with paper writing on it saying “Don’t throw away trash.” The paper quickly disintegrated due to time and weather. We were left without services which impacted our ability to take out trash, resulting in bugs and an abnormal uptick in pests.
