Lawn is overgrown ("weeds up to hips").
Lawn is overgrown ("weeds up to hips").
Compost (right of driveway) not covered, drawing rats. Weeds growing all over property esp. right of driveway.
Tenants just dumped trash on curb and it has been sitting there for over two trash/recycling pickup cycles. The lot (two houses on one lot) has been a continual problem for the neighborhood with trash/debri and just in general inconsiderate neighbors.
Grass and weeds on the property are knee high. It does not appear that anyone is living there. This has been an ongoing issue for the past several years.
The alley behind the auto dealership has misplaced trash and someone's recycle bin next to the garage there. This is the alley that goes north south between Washington and Walnut.
There are massive Poison ivy and Chinese privet in their property and it grows over my house property. I tried to cut them my end but it always comes back
Roof caving in, floor caving in, rats, abandoned cars, excessive growth,
U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.
It has not been mowed in weeks - maybe even since early June. Backyard is overgrown with invasives.
The roof of this house has holes as large as beachballs, with racoons coming and going through them. Check the SW corner of the roof.
