Water is slowly but continuosly leaking from the house at 501 South Mitchell across the Eastside neighborhood pocket park into the storm water runoff ditch. The leak location is close to the house's sewer cleanout and so possibly a sewage leak.

Yesterday my front water faucet was working just fine outside today I go to turn it on and it is not working at all. I have two so the one on the side of my house is barely working either.

The creek is covered in waste that looks like lint. It has been collecting over the past few weeks. There is a drainage pipe at the bridge that looks like the source. The creek bed surface is completely covered.
