Continuing towards the Roundabout, there is one at 3/4 of the Roundabout, PLUS one of the newer Music Lessons signs; - continuing towards The Stands, on the right hand side at the entrance to The Stands; - At the Hunter and High Street intersection, THREE signs at two different corners! - On E Second in the grass next to the road between the Bart Villa apartments and the ECC grounds.

Ref. # 1733293 (Aug., 2020); # 173738 (Nov. 2020); #174455 (Jan. 2021); Is it legal or not? 'Music Lessons' sign on Covenanter near the intersection with College Mall Rd, outside the guard rail next to the road, near the bank across from the Hardware store.

An anonymous constituent called ESD and reported an issue with this property. There is constant construction/farm equipment being moved around in a way that has become troublesome as it seems a business is being run out of the property. The zoning for the land is PUD. Also, there is parking on unimproved surfaces and oil leakages. Thank you for looking into this.
