A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. There is a bright blue substance has been dumped or drained into the water. Could be water tracing dye but I don’t know.

I turned on the tap water in my kitchen Sunday 7/6/25 and the water that came out was brown-the color of iced tea. I dumped the glass and refilled. The water then appeared clear and I haven’t noticed other problems but reporting so you have a record.
Tap water is consistently turning a yellow/green color after adding chlorine or bleach to it. It turns opaque and cloudy. This has never happened before. I've been calling the utilities line daily and they keep insisting the water chemistry has not changed, despite getting multiple reports of this occurring across the city.
There is no water coming into the Stoneybrooke Community Church of God.
