Sign attached to a road sign on E. Morningside Drive just off E. Third Street. "Hydrant Flushing This Area". I assume this might be related to the Greenway construction as a hydrant was moved I believe. No notification to any neighbors regarding hydrant flushing. This sign has been in place now FIVE weeks and without neighbor notification, it has lost all effectiveness. Has Utilities forgotten the sign was placed? Please let me know so I may inform the Park Ridge Neighborhood (Association) of the sign status? Thanks -

The resident at the corner of Morningside Drive and Park Lane is running a scooter business in his front yard and on the street. He also has a great deal of trash in his driveway, on the lawn, and along both sides of the house. The scooter business involves going around town, picking up scooters, and recharging their batteries. He has two trailers and at least one is always parked on the street. The trailer and the towing pickup typically jut out into the traffic lanes and create a hazard on an alreaddy overcrowded street. I request that the city take action regarding these complaints. Park Lane is a relatively heavy travelled road because it has no speed bumps. Adding these trailers into the mix is going to cause accidents....

The intersection of Moore's Pike and Smith Road is dangerous coming towards the intersection going north on Smith Road. There needs to be a stop ahead sign put out. During Winter we have cars drive into our front yard close to our house from having to slam on breaks to avoid a collision.

A house on my street has become a transition house for alcoholic woman. My opinion is that this primarily one-family house has become a hotel. This neighborhood isn’t zoned to all allow businesses. I turned on the tap water in my kitchen Sunday 7/6/25 and the water that came out was brown-the color of iced tea. I dumped the glass and refilled. The water then appeared clear and I haven’t noticed other problems but reporting so you have a record.
