Severe erosion issues from tree removal and other excavation work in backyard without proper erosion control measures put in place or inspected. Flood plain below the property is becoming badly silted on city of Bloomington property adjoining Jackson Creek. Site grading in the area appears to be completed, but erosion issues persist.
I sent this to the info email address as well, but I noticed an open electric box at the Rock Creek Dr. and Childs Ct. intersection in Sycamore Knolls this morning. This is a heavily trafficked route for children headed to school and seems like a safety issue.
Our street, North Fritz Drive, is receiving a significant amount of drive-through traffic of people trying to skip the busy traffic light at the Bypass. Myself, my wife and my 16 year old daughter have all been in multiple very close calls recently from drivers going between 35 and 45 miles per hour on a neighborhood street where the speed limit should be no more than 20 mph. We strongly suggest that speed bumps be placed on Fritz Drive asap. It is clear many drivers coming West on the Bypass are going North on Dunn St, into Matlock Heights, then flying down Fritz Drive to get to North Walnut. Please don't hesitate to contact myself, C. this whole area along walnut where community dealrship and jeep and kia, are the curbs and street are filled with grass and debris. who ever mows this does it on sat afternoon and sundays. they always fill the street with grass. it clogs up the sewer drains and looks awafull. i talked to someone at the dealership a couple of times. i told them they need to talk to the mowing guy. but they never do anything. thx hope it can get cleaned up, and find out whos doing the mowing and teel them not to do this.

Shed on property has been built 3.5 feet from the property line instead of required 5 feet. Also lots of grass and weed overgrowth between shed and fence.
Excessive clutter and vehicles in yard
Several vehicles parked in the yard. tons of trash and automotive parts. It looks like they are running a car repair shop in the yard. They live in an RV parked in the back. This has been going on for months. I know the city has received several complaints and are doing nothing about it. This whole scene is devaluing the properties in the neighborhood. What if this was happening next to the Mayors house? Extremely upset that this is still going on!
There are cars consistently parked in the yard for days or weeks at a time.
