There is a water pipe in front of fire hydrant at our drive entrance that is leaking water, rather significantly. It is coming out of top of water pipe.

I just read the article where you're using a coconut powder treatment in the water. My wife is highly allergic to coconut. What are we supposed to do!? Whose stupid idea was this?
