228 North Sheffield. A huge trash container has been in the driveway for literally a year now at least I imagine. Surely there is some limit on PERMANENT placement of a personal mini-dump, aka giant trash container, in a public visible area? Both for health and aesthetic. I understand even a couple months if something big is happening, but not permanent placement of trash. Can someone please request the homeowner if nothing else can be done to please move it? And route this concern to City officials if not against some city ordinance? I think we have a neighborhood officer Norm if he can knock and see what their plan for it is. Thank you for having this service!

This sign should not be here in the public right of way. This is on the north west corner of Walnut & Winslow, by the Burger King. There are also signs on the north east corner of the intersection on a utility pole and in the ground that should be removed.

Accessibility Issue: Crumbling Sidewalk. This intersection has no curb cut which forces wheelchair users to go out into the street, which is a traffic hazard and dangerous. Please fix.

Large piles of firewood, placed along the property line, along a wood fence, along side of house. The firewood is intermixed with other conbustable waste collected. Firewood is too close to house (should be 30 ft away), too close to wood fence, too close to property line/ neighbor's fence. Fire Hazard suspected, especially in 2020, a long time without rain, 56 days.

2 motorhomes parked on private property driveway, along with 5 automobiles. Motorhomes are being used as living quarters, and extra storage of materials and household items. This violates Code 20.5.065. Outside storage Standards - storage and parking of vehicles. Trees/bushes at the corner of 17th street and N. Willis Drive are blocking the view enough that motor vehicles are unable to see west on 17th street without pulling out into the bicycle lane. The complainant nearly hit a bicyclist whilst trying to pull out onto 17th street. The flora is on Gouldy's lot.
