As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. Tree in the front yard has branches hanging down over the sidewalk. Owner needs to trim the branches.

Invasive plants (bush honeysuckle?)on NW corner of property along Cottage Grove have grown out so far that the sidewalk is almost unusable. A wheelchair could probably not easily navigate it without getting stuck in the grass of the ROW. Should be trimmed back to property line, at least.
